3 appetizers, 1 appetizer with double amount (90pcs) and the other one has extras (60sticks).
9 orders of different menus
1 Japanese plain rice good for 50pax

Testing my ability to make this large order possible. In a short period of time. Food must be delivered at 12-1pm. At the same time it must be tasty and still warm. Home made food.

Early plan and preparation is a must.
Knowing what cooks first and needs more attention or time. Chopping the ingredients night before cooking. Marinating all the meat overnight. Prepararing my food warmer so that the food remains hot or warm. Cooking veggies in 40%. Deliver food ahead of time to help placing it in place and making it appealing.
