LovEat and Mindful Living with Z are teaming up to create our first-ever Women’s appreciation event, coinciding with Spring Equinox on Tuesday, March 19 from 6 pm - 9 pm. Join us for this special evening promoting self-love and sisterhood. Enjoy some Mindful Living with Z yoga and Reiki with Zayda, followed by mingling and amazing LovEat Italian aperitivo, drinks, and surprises by Luna! Amp up the fun and BYOB!

As we step into March, the month dedicated to women, and on the cusp of the Spring Equinox on March 19th, reserve an evening for you! Let’s welcome the season of renewal and growth while building new connections and uplifting one another!

Luna of LovEat, and Zayda of Mindful Living with Z are two hard working, entrepreneurs, and moms, raising their children in Jersey City, NJ. They understand that a woman pours their love into their families, friends, communities, and businesses, but also deserve to be pampered and indulge in self-love to create a healthy work-life balance.
