We know it’s been a while, and we’re so excited to let you know we’re going to be hanging out at the Mellage Truck & Tractor Auction with DeBuhr Auction Service LLC! We’ll be there beginning at 10am and will leave about 2pm unless the auction wraps up sooner!

Hey everyone!

Tomorrow, New Year’s Eve, I will be out at the church location from about 9am - 3pm prepping for a catering, so if anyone would like to come out and get meat or other supplies I will be available!

I just packaged 20+ pounds of both Brisket and Pulled pork and will have some pulled chicken as well! They will all be refrigerated- not frozen!

Also - if you can’t make it out tomorrow but still want to pick up some items for your New Years holiday, just send me a message and I’d be more than happy to meet you for a pick up!

We’re hanging out at our new location, the former Zion Lutheran Church just North of Johnson!

We’ve got lunch hot and ready to go, AND we’ve decided we’re going to keep it hot until we leave here at 5pm! So if you can’t make it by 1pm and still have a hankering for some bbq, swing on out! 🤤

We also have everything you need to make a delicious Christmas morning Bloody Mary!

🚨 HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT! 📢 ‼️

We will be OPEN TOMORROW, 12/23 at our new location (former Zion Lutheran Church) just north of Johnson! We will be open from 9:30am - 5pm for order pick ups, and all your snacking needs!

WE WILL ALSO BE SERVING LUNCH! 🤯
We will have all of the classics tomorrow for lunch from 10:30am - 1pm! It’ll be all to-go, as we don’t have seating yet!

We ask that you use the West entrance into the hall - this is where our retail area will be! We will be stocked up tomorrow with pork, chicken, brisket, and lots of other goodies! We also will have some samples of our new products for you to try!

We apologize for the late notice, but we had to make sure everyone was going to be healthy in our house 😅

Holy Cow! (pun intended)

We've been so busy getting our new facility ready to go, we almost forgot to post about our Pre-seasoned and smoked Prime Ribs that will be available for your Christmas events!

We will be offering these in 1/2 or Whole roasts, at $15.99/lb. They will come seasoned, smoked, and in an oven-ready bag with instructions on how to cook to the perfect doneness!

As always, we also have pulled pork or brisket available for purchase by the pound as well if you're needing something easy for all of those extra guests in town! Pulled pork is $10/pound and Brisket is $15 per pound!

Tecumseh!

We’re so excited to be headed your way tomorrow night to help the Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce, Nebraska celebrate all things Christmas!! We’ll be set up downtown beginning at 4pm and will stay open until after the lighted parade!

It looks like it’s going to be a beautiful day tomorrow, so make sure to bring the whole family for the fun and delicious food!

It is especially true as the holidays are approaching and even more so for our small town businesses. We have a lot of absolute gems 💎 for you to choose from to do your holiday shopping or even just for a night out meal out! Shear Style by Mel, Polly’s , Johnson Quik Stop, Sunny Side Coffee, Teas, and Tanning, Pelicans, Matt's On Main, Journey to Johnson Massage, Johnson Grocery!

Please support local, every dollar spent helps support friends and family you know personally and keeps a local business and someone’s dream alive.

Times. They sure are a changin, aren’t they? It’s been pretty hard for everyone. My heart hurts daily seeing all of the restaurants closing. Places that are top notch. Best in their field. Almost seems like we see a new one in Omaha almost every day now.

Here’s some truth. It’s only my truth to tell. I can’t speak for anyone else. But I’ve tried different specials. Social media targeted marketing. Radio. Right now it seems like if it’s not a Husker home game, we are down in sales every day. We usually have the food truck to supplement those slower days, but it’s getting colder.

Dollars are tighter today. And when each one of you comes in, I don’t take that lightly. Spending your money with us makes me keep doing this. So my only ask is, if you have the funds and want to splurge, come visit Muchachos. Or any of the other great amazing local restaurants in Lincoln. If you go to Omaha, avoid .jessnpaul but everyone else there is cool. (Bc enough people don’t know our schtick-we love them so very much. You should definitely go!)

Starbucks will survive. Go try a shaken brown sugar espresso from .ne. McDonalds will survive. Go try the rotating burger at . Panda Express will survive. Go try the orange chicken at Chopsticks! I could do this all day. ALL DAY SON!
