Hey all!

Sorry for the short notice on our plans for this week, but our truck had to go in for service and we were waiting to see if we needed to get a back up! Now that it’s all taken care of… here is where we’ll be this week! JOHNSON AND AUBURN! 👏🏻

We’re going to be opening up at 308 4th Street (our home location) with the trailer from 10:30am - 1pm TOMORROW and in Auburn in the lot south of Sonic on Friday, February 28th from 10:30-1pm!

Make sure to tell your friends and come out and see us these next two beautiful days!

TECUMSEH- we didn’t forget about you! We’ll be out at TSCI on March 6th and it’s open to the public to come grab some grub too! 🐮

Hey everyone! 👋🏻

We’re still accepting applications and looking 👀 for someone to be a part of our team!

We’re looking for a full-time employee, but with the spring and summer season right around the corner we’re also looking to hire folks who are interested in helping out a few hours here and there with catering events or the food truck!

Must have a great people skills and be willing to learn and work hard! Could be a great summer opportunity for high school kids or college students! Send me a message if you’re interested!

The time has finally come where we are ready to hire a Full-time employee! I’ve been avoiding this for a while… trying to do it all by myself, but we are to the point where we need to keep growing while maintaining our customer focus!

That’s where you 🫵🏻 come in! We are looking for someone who has a sunny ☀️ disposition, has a good sense of humor, can handle a quick paced, sometimes challenging but incredibly fun environment, doesn’t mind working with their boss in tight quarters, enjoys cooking and serving people delicious 🤤 food, and can also count change (without a calculator) 💵😉 They also must be flexible with scheduling; a lot of our events are evenings and weekends - but we don’t normally take up a whole night or weekend unless it’s a multi day event!

We’re desperately searching for the right fit for us and our company, as it is truly our 3rd child. We will continue to advertise/interview until we find the right person! I know you’re reading this thinking, okay… but what is the pay?! 💰 To be honest, we’re going to be flexible based on the needs of our candidate and what is best for the company! We’re thinking starting pay will be $16-$21 per hour based on experience. You’ll also get meals while working, and tips while on the food truck!

Hey herd! 🐮 guess what?!

We’re going to be enjoying the beautiful Saturday weather on the food truck at the Otoe Co. Machinery Auction with Wellensiek Auction Company, LLC. At the Otoe Co. Fairgrounds!

We’ll have homemade cinnamon rolls from Treats by Ashley 🤤 and hot coffee ☕️ in the morning followed by our delicious pulled pork, brisket, Mac and cheese and more for the rest of the day! Be sure to stop by and see us and bring your friends!

We’ve got some exciting news! 🐮

We’re going to be opening up on Monday evening for Sundae Monday! 🙌🏻 what’s that you may ask?

Our special will be our famous, heart, soul and belly warming HOT BEEF SUNDAES! We will also have pulled pork, mac and cheese, AND chicken noodle soup! 🥣

We’ll be open Monday evening from 4:30pm - 7:30pm ⏰ at the Holy 😇 Cow 🐄 (we’ll see if the name sticks for now….)

If you’re planning on coming out to see us for lunch today, please 🙏🏻 plan on using the BACK DOOR! The Cow 🐮 Van is parked in back so you can’t miss it! It’s a safer, shorter distance inside vs using the front with the snow! ❄️

We’re here to give you something to look forward to after this snow❄️ and cold 🥶. We’re going to be open at the church ⛪️ location (we really need to rename this 🤣) on THURSDAY 2/13 from 10:30am - 1pm! We will have pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese AND some soul-warming smoked Gumbo 🤤

Make sure to come out and see us and tell your friends! We do have a couple of tables and chairs out there if you’d like to sit and eat! 🪑

Hey guys! Just a little update.. we will not be doing a Valentine’s Dinner this year. We thought we would be further along with our building and be able to host groups, but we don’t have everything completed yet to pass inspection.
