Reminder! This coming weekend, September 7 & 8 will be the big Teahouse Clearing Sale from 9-4. No early bird on the days of, but if anyone would like to arrange for a visit before or after please reach out to me. I'd be happy to accommodate peoples' schedules.

I have lamps, china, some furniture, rugs, glass ware, table linens and place mats, curtains with tie backs, wall art, and downstairs some of Glenn's power tools and loads of shop materials like screws/nails/hinges, etc.

I hope to see a lot of you on the weekend!

Dear friends of the Fledermaus Barn,
after sitting empty and mostly unused (NOT unloved), the Barn is ready to become someone else's favorite place in the world as it was for Glenn. That means I have to make a more serious effort in clearing out all our cherished Teahouse furnishings to allow a future buyer to picture the space with their own stuff inside.
So this is your chance to "own a piece of history".
I will be holding a Barn Clearance sale and would love to see many of our patrons return one last time. There are a couple of dining tables, sets of dining chairs, the settees and arm chairs, chest of drawers, wall deco, the lighted stars, light fixtures, China and glass ware, the cake cooler on its little custom made table, and a LOT of Glenn's tools downstairs.

I plan it for the first weekend in September (9/7-8) but if anyone would like to come over before and have a look around or call first dibs, then that is fine, too. Give me a call or send at email to [email protected].

Dear friends of the Fledermaus Barn, as you all know last year was a time of great sadness and upheaval; I tried to carry on with our beloved Fledermaus in a different format as an event location but it turns out that that is not a feasible objective for me after all. The barn as a building and as a business requires more than I can handle on my own.
It is therefor with good deal of regret, but also a sense of liberation that I am stepping away from it and close the Barn as a public space for good.
Glenn and my time as your host and hostess (or Publican, as Glenn liked to call himself in the English tradition) will remain a cherished memory for all the connections made, and the yummy fun we had.
I am still harboring secret hopes of reviving the Fledermaus Tours in the future but time will tell.

From the bottom of my heart, and with deep gratitude and love for your loyalty and friendship over the years, I say THANK YOU!, and I hope to see y'all around!
