The elves at Nana’s Busy Hands have hidden 5 miniature Santas throughout the store. Each one has a number on it that corresponds with a free gift. The grand prize is a $20 gift certificate. The search will begin tomorrow at 10am. There is a limit of one Santa per customer per day. Hope to see you.

If you are NOT a fan of elf on the shelf, come check out, “A Star From Afar.” It is accompanied by a book highlighting the Christmas story and all you have to do is hide the star each day. No more racking your brain to come up with corny ideas. Some of you do an excellent job, but I am glad there wasn’t such a thing when my kids were little.

Nana’s Busy Hands has several new items for Christmas, including table arrangements, wreaths, devotionals, manicure sets, hand scrubs, decorative crosses, nativity scenes, angels, and cozy custom blankets. We also make custom bows. Beginning on Tuesday, December 3, Nana’s Busy Hands will be open Tuesday through Friday, 10-6 and Saturday, 10-1.

We had a wonderful time preparing flowers and decorating for Bailey and Rachel (Cribb) Baldridge’s wedding last weekend at Serenity Place. The decor of natural pampas grasses and dried flowers reflected the couple’s love of nature.
