Jean’s Floral Shop
My mom started her business in 1954 and oversaw operations until her illness began in April 2021 (less than a week after her 86th birthday). This made JFS the oldest, single-owner business in the city of Johnsonville.
Mama passed away in December 2021 and I’ve been running the business since then. She was the heart, soul and artist in this business and I was just along for the ride. After much thought and prayers (and a lot of tears), I’ve decided to close the business on April 1, 2024.
