Suite One and Shea Budda Arts proudly present Colors of Sound, a soulful event series dedicated to showcasing Black art and music in Joliet, launching in January 2025. This unique collaboration offers emerging artists and musicians a professional platform to create, connect, and inspire in a warm, intimate setting that goes beyond the traditional “paint and sip” experience. Artists will have the opportunity to exhibit and sell a selection of their work, gain exposure, and engage directly with the community. Join us in celebrating creativity, connection, and culture through Colors of Sound.

Suite One would like to give a special thank you to Ebony Sade Art our visual artist for the evening! Ebony was so knowledgeable about color pallets, techniques, shadows and tones. She listened to questions and provided her expertise advice. In the end everyone did an amazing job! Thank you Ebony Sade! See you at the next event! 🎨

Y’all I hosted my first paint event this evening, and a time was had!!🤗 🎨
It’s a blessing when ppl can come together and mingle, sing, laugh, create, dance and just have a great time!
