My Squad🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 They came ready to get the job done, and they did. From welcoming shoppers, handing out hand sanitizer, spraying fogger disinfectant, helping the vendors, shopping themselves, and the list goes on. It means a lot knowing you have a team of people who not only believe in you, but support you. Did I say how professional they were too. 🙌🏾🙌🏾 Thank you squad. I Love ya.

This Weekend was AMAZING!! I'm still in awe of gathering over 50 black-owned small businesses, and coming together in such a climate as this. I was on the edge of my seat leading up to the BP Events PopUp Shop Tour - Joliet. Between praying for the vendors success and sell their products, to Covid and placing the right safety measures in place, to praying we wouldn't have to cancel, to calling the hotel daily speaking with the GM. It was bananas, but as a Planner, I live for the challenges and seeing them transpire into praises.
THANK YOU BEYOND THANK YOU to my hometown, Joliet, Illinois coming to support the biggest PopUp Shop to hit Joliet. You shared, you came, you supported, and you shopped. There's way too many to name, but THANK YOU for being there. To the VENDORS, THANK YOU for participating in our first PopUp Shop. To those who drove/flew the distance (Chicago, Indiana, Wisconsin, Vegas and more) BIG THANKS! The PopUp Shop would not have been successful without your support. So Char what's next with Events? What will events look like moving forward following Covid? What should I do about my upcoming event? What changes will we see attending events in the future? What about parades, festivals, marathons, conventions, conferences...when should we anticipate their return? Mask...will they now be apart of our attire while attending an event? What about the cost of events...could Covid propose higher cost in hosting an event? So many questions...I'm here and ready to address.
