PJ Grub’s was established in 2010 and is a family owned and operated catering and barbeque business. We specialize in the catering and on-site smoking of a variety of events ranging from 25 to 300 people. Events include family reunions, company picnics, birthday parties, high school reunions and many more. Paul Wallis, our head pit master and chef resides in Jones, Oklahoma. He expertly smokes all of PJ Grub’s meats using an Ole Hickory smoker.
