New business idea…kinda Dr Suess-esque ring to it… I call it Lox-in-a-Box which the same as it’s always been, just branded differently. Thank you to my kids for the logo and the impeccable photography Café L’Chaim Small Plate or Course Dinner is looking forward to its new home in Metairie, Louisiana. Meal preparation is basically my hustle.

My business is relocating to Metairie, Louisiana, and with my cottage license, it will allow me to do meal prep for neighbors and surrounding businesses. I’m limiting me production to no more than 20 people per party. As my logo implies, I’ll be doing Soups, pickles and bagels. Additionally cost for home cured smoked salmon with red onion, fresh garden tomatoes, chopped eggs and capers. Each lunch will come with salt ‘n vinegar kettle chips and a canned soda. Total cost $27.95

This time every year for the past 3 years, I’ve been making corn beef on Jewish rye with shredded cabbage, carrots, (can replace with portobello mushroom caps) and remoulade. Comes with kettle chips and a homemade pickle. Picture may look smaller than it is, lol
