Good afternoon all!!! Been super busy and was unable to get the menu posted yesterday. Just wrapped up catering for today.

So here’s the Christmas menu. Super small. Nothing special. Taking orders 10a-5p til next Wednesday. If you message before or after this time, I’ll contact you the next day. Please MESSAGE your preorders!!!

Good evening everyone!!! Thanks to those that came out yesterday for catfish and today for gumbo for one last time this year. 🥹🥹🙏🏾🙏🏾 Had one Gumbo left which is great considering I made extra extra. 😎😎😎

I’m hoping to post the Christmas Menu up by Wednesday to give yall a week to preorder. It will be an even more condensed version than Thanksgiving.

Dirty Rice was a hit and of course all the Turkeys, my dressing, and everything else. Anything else yall think I should consider adding? Considering the head cold and sinus issues I got after smoking Thanksgiving, I may not be smoking for Christmas. 🤔🤔 If I do, it may be ribs and hams. Will only deep fry a few turkeys too. Just stay Tuned. I always keep yall informed. 😎😎😎

Good morning all!!! I am worn out after that freezing Christmas Parade last night. I was able to come in and do a little prep last night. About to get this gumbo roux made up and get it together. Taking care of all of my preorders first and I’ll post any extras. Gonna push pickup time to 1 or 2 today!!! Stay Tuned. 🥱🥱🥱

Good afternoon all!!!

The 1st round of holidays are over and now the countdown begins til Christmas!!! 🎄 Given some things that’s going on this month that conflict with my normal operating days/ hours, I will not be opening again for regular sales this month. I’ll be doing catering and I’ll advertise my Christmas menu as I did my Thanksgiving Menu. Please stay tuned.

I may also do some pop up things one or two Saturdays this month if I’m able and they will be preorders. Stay Tuned. Thinking Gumbo this Saturday or next. 🤔🤔🤔
