Thanksgiving Menu 2024!!!

Preorders will be accepted from 10-5p til next Wednesday. After that, no more orders. I’ll have limited availability this weekend so I may not get to answer messages til Monday and I will go in order. Once slots are filled, I’ll update this post of the SOLD OUT items. Prepayments are required to hold spots.

Turkeys will average 13 pounds. I’ll be smoking Turkeys and other meats on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and they can be picked up between 3-5p.

I will fill up my slots on Wednesday for Deep Fried Turkeys first before I make any plans for Thanksgiving morning. I have to cook for my household and guests too. All orders can be picked up from 11 til 5p, unless noted otherwise, on the dates listed EXCEPT Thanksgiving. I’ll do pickups til 10 or 11a that morning.

Good morning all!!!! It’s and don’t forget I’m starting at 10:30 today and hoping to sell out so I can get to a funeral out of state.

With this being said, I’ll have plenty of fish plates, some burgers and a few other items, but will be limited or out of some things given this is my last day open before I start on Thanksgiving prep.

People, a lot of people are just looking at the Thanksgiving menu and not reading the info before it. “Preorders will be accepted from 10-5p..” was the first full sentence on the post. Small business owners have lives too and can’t be available 24 hours. Please respect small business owners and the time they set aside for their families and personal time.

I’ll be getting to those messages that I received late last night and in the weeeee hours of the morning soon.

People, please don’t forget to reply to messages when I ask what time you would like a turkey. No time slot is as good as a “I wish I had a Turkey.” Only one person has let me know while the rest have gone on about their day. Once the slots fill up, I can’t help ya.

Last week open before I shutdown for Thanksgiving Prep!!! Thanksgiving Menu going live in a few hours. Please read all info once posted.

Open 11:30-5p today and tomorrow unless the rain hinders sales. 10:30-5p on so I can get ready for a homegoing service. Keep my family in your prayers as we get ready to travel the highways.

This is the last week this month for this.

Preorders accepted from 9a-5p today and Tuesday unless slots fill up prior.

I’ll be doing my Twisted Sausage and Shrimp Jambalaya (Feeds 2 easily) this WEDNESDAY for 11:30a lunch pickup time. There will be a limited amount of spots so act fast. Plates will be $13 each plus tax and all made at the same time. I can’t omit the sausage, but I can omit the shrimp for anyone with allergies or a dislike for shrimp.

You can also add a piece of my fried catfish to the top of it for $5 more each.

Please your orders ASAP because spots will fill up. ™️
