Our Story

Chick-fil-A Turtle Creek is locally owned by Tyler and Taylor Mitchell, since September 1, 2017. Tyler is from North Carolina and has been involved in Chick-fil-A since he was 14 years old. Throughout his years with Chick-fil-A, he has had an array of positions within his restaurant experience in North Carolina to working for Chick-fil-A Inc. in Field Operations. Taylor is from Kentucky and has been a part of Chick-fil-A since she was 17 years old. As she worked at a local restaurant in Kentucky, she also worked for Chick-fil-A Inc. after graduating college in the Training Department.

This couple has desires of impacting the community of Jonesboro, Arkansas, by serving a delicious product! They have around 90 employees who are all bought into the corporate purpose which is, “To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.” We as a restaurant, are thankful for your commitment! We love to know your thoughts on how to improve business from a guest perspective.
