THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an application by Barbara Talley for a hearing regarding a conditional use permit for Lead Apron Catering LLC mobile vending site has been filed with the Trumann Planning and Zoning Commission wherein the conditional use is sought for the property located at 840 Highway 463 South in Trumann Arkansas.

A PUBLIC HEARING on said application will be held by the Trumann Planning and Zoning Commission at 6:00 PM August 27, 2024 at the Judicial Complex located at 221 South Melton in Trumann Arkansas.

ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST MAY BE HEARD at said time and place or may notify the Planning and Zoning Commission by letter of their views on this matter.

THE APPLICATION is on file for public inspection at the City Clerk’s office in the Municipal Complex.
