We are excited to start a new program this year! Chef In Training! This position is geared towards individuals ages 16+ with written consent from a parent or guardian. No experience necessary but an interest in culinary is necessary.

A resume sent to [email protected] with subject line: Chef In Training is the first step to apply for our program. Culinary classes, 4H Cooking & home cooking are all great things to include on your resume. Also include any skills you've obtained in organization & punctuality.

We will begin with ONE paid position. Hours are after school. Weekends are required. No exception.

The chef in training will get a shift meal & hourly wage. They will learn each recipe from scratch, knife skills, restaurant health codes, food handling & kitchen cleanliness. This position is designed for on the job training. Once the individual has shown proficiency in the kitchen they will have the opportunity to step into a more permanent position if they choose, or take the skills they have learned to obtain a job in another kitchen.
