When Athena Events is planning and onsite coordinating your event, we will be on the lookout to assist every single guest who we notice has a card, or a large gift bag. We offer to each guest assistance to carry the items to the location desired by our clients and also give helpful instructions on where the guest book is, where the favors are and any details they may need for the event.
