Good morning! Starting this week we will be back on our regular schedule. We will be open every other Wednesday at the Sun Valley Livestock Auction for lunch and every Thursday for both lunch and dinner In Joseph City! Thursday evenings Rosita will be back making our fry bread for Navajo Tacos and Navajo Burgers! Thank you for your patience the past few weeks as we welcomed a new granddaughter and then traveled for the holidays but we are back and ready to serve you all your favorites! We hope to see you then!!!

We just heard that Rosita won’t be able to make it tonight to make fry bread for us. So no Navajo Tacos or Navajo Burgers but we will still have Chili Beans and salad.
