We have everything you may need to have the best day ever. All you need to do is pick a date, get your dress, his outfit, assemble your wedding party, reserve your officiant, invite your guests, and show up.

Historic Arcadia Farm can provide everything that you may need, tables, chairs, linens, day of coordination, and overnight accommodations. Let us go the extra mile for you and help arrange your cake, photographer, music, flowers, food, and decor.

We are hosting an open house in May, but for the entire month of May, we are offering a great discount package to fill the rest of 2024 (and prefill some of 2025).

Facebook has been screwy the past few days and this did not get posted as I had hoped last week.

So, since it is last minute and a late notice, I am giving you a great deal to come to our very first summer 2024 supper club dinner......$15.00 for dinner!

Every other week, on Wednesday evening, we invite you to join us for dinner somewhere on the farm. Different nights, different themes, possibly different location to enjoy all the farm. Dinners will range from $25 to $45 per person depending on the menu and the location.

This week May 1, 2024:

This will be our grand opening night for the summer in the pavilion and we want you to be here. We are starting with a reduced price of $15.00 per person for our simple but yummy BBQ buffet, so invite your friends and come join us.

Pulled Pork BBQ with our housemade bourbon BBQ sauce, Country Baked Beans, Pasta Salad, Carolina Slaw, and a yummy homemade dessert. As always we will have tea, lemonade, and a fun punch to enjoy.

Safe to say my passions are food, entertaining, hospitality, and healthy living.❤️

Not a bad combo, even if the 18 hour days are a bit exhausting this time of year. 😴

Danville, Kentucky!!

I have mixed feelings about the addition of chick fil a, sonny's bbq, and Texas roadhouse to our corridor of chain restaurants such as Cracker Barrel, ocharleys, Applebee's, cattlemens, and the plethora of drive thru chains.

Not a single fine dining place, not a single place with a trained chef to create amazing food, not a single place to take advantage of local grown or fresh ingredients.

Please don't get me wrong, I'm all for restaurants, all of them, it's been my business for over 30 years and I love to see the growth. I'm just not as excited about another cookie cutter chain. Can we get something unique that serves something I can't/won't make at home?

On the bright side, it's not another Mexican place.

HELP!!

Our group we catered for this morning WAY over estimated their guest count.

I have a ton of food left over that is still hot. Anyone have or know a group that could use biscuits, gravy, and scrambled eggs for about 150 people?

It may keep in a fridge for a day or 2 but I simply do not have space to keep. Let me know asap.

The Big Black Barn turned out great last night for our first Arcadia Farm/Vendor Christmas in July Dinner.

The amazing craftsmanship of this group is stunning.

Stop by the farm today (Saturday). You can see the finished product, do some shopping, tour the house, and get some great BBQ.
