Music fans!! This Sunday, March 13 -- Get ready for CHRIS BARON--coming back to Junction City, but this time performing at our house!! If you missed him last month at the Beer Station, you're in for a treat!!
Chris Baron makes music, solo or with a band. He travels with a kick drum and guitar and some pedals. His songs have rock & roll roots, with folky senses and alternative methods. He will be joined by Midnight Leo and Westbound Paulie for an unforgettable earful of great sound!
Entry starts at 3:30, music starts at 5 and goes til 7:00. Please RSVP to us here for address or email to [email protected].
Don't miss this show, as it will be a great one!!

Here we go music fans!! We welcome PRETTY GRITTY back to Junction City for our traditional Valentine's Day House Concert!! We weren't sure it was going to happen, but after much deliberation, we decided to do it!!

It will be Saturday, February 12, since there's some type of football thing happening on Sunday! Meet, greet, eat, drink and mingle starts at 3:30 as usual, with music starting at 5:00. Please RSVP for address and number of guests here or to [email protected]

We won't be "mandating" masking up, but out of care and respect for our guests who have health concerns, we do ask that you are prepared to wear a mask. We are pretty much using the restaurant rules....cover up until you are seated and eating or drinking. If you have concerns about crowds, stay covered up. We have lots of room and you can probably find it easy to stay socially distanced should you choose. We will have hand sanitizer available all over and our bathrooms will be sanitized. We want you to come here and feel safe and comfortable. If you have any questions, please let us know.

We suggest you bring your own food and drink of choice, but we will have waters, some soft drinks and a few beers, if you want/need them.

We suggest $10 donation per adult (well behaved children are free). All proceeds go directly to band, plus tips are highly encouraged. All who donate will get a ticket for one of two door prizes....a Pretty Gritty CD and a bottle of wine. Parking is a little more challenging since we built a little barn, but we have overflow parking right across the street...100 yards away.

THIS SHOW WILL NOT BE CANCELED!! Please do what you can to keep live music alive. Pretty Gritty is coming down from Portland for the show, so we would like to make it worth their while! COVID is probably not going away anytime soon, and neither are we.

Hello music fans and friends,
Sadly, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are postponing our house concert with Christopher Worth this Sunday. We do not have a new date scheduled yet, but it won't be until next year, as we are not going to try to do any more shows this year. Let's let the world settle down for a while.
We have PRETTY GRITTY penciled in for our traditional Valentine's show on February 13th, 2022. Hopefully more people will be able to enjoy that show.

Thanks to all who made our abbreviated Summer Series such a gift to the performers. We had a couple good shows and many great memories!
Try to get out and see some live music on your own. Eugene has so many wonderful musicians. Lets all do our part to support them.

Thanks again for everyone's support
Frank and Lynda

Hi Music Fans!!
Well....last time we had Christopher Worth scheduled it was 110 degrees! The time before that was May 2020, and everything was canceled! So here we are....We ARE having him this weekend!
Aaannnnddd.....it looks like it is going to rain! So no worries, we are going to move indoors. Those of you who have seen inside know there's lots of room. We have had 65 in here comfortably.
In order to allay peoples fears and concerns, and for the health and safety of our guests, we are asking for masks to be worn indoors. (We are all used to that!) We can congregate outside in some sheltered areas to wine and dine. Yes, you can drink inside, but please be respectful and try to stay masked up when not sipping. Sorry..... we all know the world is odd and scary right now, but we have vowed to keep this going.

If it's not raining or threatening to rain, we will still be outdoors. The weather is fickle!

Please come to the show. Musicians have been hurt by all the cancellations and lockdowns. Please do all you can to support the musicians this Sunday the 19th, and to support live music in general!!! Get hooked!
Remember that ALL proceeds go to the performers. Please, RSVP here or send email to: [email protected] to get address.

Thank you to all who have responded to us. Looking forward to seeing you again.
Frank and Lynda.

Hi Music fans!
Just a quick reminder....our next show with CHRISTOPHER WORTH is two weeks away and we are looking to figure out the attendance. Some of you have responded (many are out of town, and will miss a great show....and we will miss you!) but we have very few positive RSVPs.
If you plan to attend, please let us know very soon. This is our last show of the summer (and perhaps of 2022) and we really want to pack the house. Please help us do this.

Remember, we are giving away wine and music!

Thanks. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Here's what you can expect at our next show on Sunday, September 19:

CHRISTOPHER WORTH
"Indie Soul from Portland, OR"
Influences include Amos Lee, Martin Sexton, Damien Rice, Ray LaMontagne

WORTH is the music moniker of Portland, OR based singer-songwriter Christopher Worth. Christopher has become known for his unique style of bohemian blues which he developed as a street performer traveling across the US and Europe. His new album - Pardon Me - is the third and final piece in a trilogy titled “The Identity Triptych" that began with his first two records, Six Foot Soul and Two. Produced by Steve Berlin, Pardon Me spans a wide range of genre and style and is tied together by melodic songwriting, potent lyricism, and Christopher’s powerful voice. WORTH has opened for international acts such as Allen Stone, Everlast, and Ron Artis II, and this past summer was one of the Friday night headliners Portland's Waterfront Blues Festival. His songs are timeless, captivating and real and tied together by the power and purity of his voice.

Tonight he will be joined by Jenni and Amanda of Acoustic Minds on backing vocals as well as Morgan Quinn on saxophone.

Remember, you MUST RSVP to get address of show & let us know how many in your group. For those of you who attended the last 2 shows, you already know the address, but need to RSVP do we know how many to expect. Let's show Christopher how Junction City supports live music!!!

Next Sunday, August 8th, will be the return of Inner Limits. We had them here on August 23rd, 2019, and they were a big hit. Temperatures are supposed to be in the low to mid 80s! Yay!
If you've been out to the house before, the following info is old news to you. Just remember you need to RSVP in order to get address. Either respond here or send email to [email protected].

In line with the new state guidelines, we are reverting to our past program of potluck and sharing. If this is not what you are ready for, please understand that you are welcome to bring your own vittles and libations and find a spot socially distant from each other. We are going to have some community tables available, and we will also have some complimentary bottled waters and some soft drinks. Ice in coolers will be there if you need to keep something cool.

The fine print: We "open" at 3:30 for potluck, visiting and wine sipping, and probably chatting with the band a bit. The music starts at 5 PM and goes until at least 7.

Most of you know...it's $10 per adult and ALL proceeds go to the performers. Each paid admission gets a ticket for door prizes. We will have a couple drawings for CD/wine prize package! Yay! As I said, food is up to attendees to provide, either for yourselves or to share. We have indoor sanitized restrooms. There will be signage and hopefully some directors for parking assistance. When the driveway fills up, our next lots are a very short walk away.....50 to 100 yards. We will be sure everyone has a place to park and safe passage to the yard. We will save a few spots close the seating area for those who need it.

Lastly, we have about 30 chairs and quite a bit of shade, but bringing your favorite seat might be a good plan....and we would help set up an extra pop-up or more if someone brought them. By 6, pretty much the whole back yard is shady.

Again, to aid in planning for us, please let us know if you plan ( or hope to) attend. It makes it easier if I have some idea of how many. Thanks. Positive responses will get a return email with our address.

Thanks for supporting local music! You are all doing your part to keep it alive!
