I used to be an LA weight loss center manager back in the 90's. Then they closed all the centers in 2009 and left their clients wondering how to continue their success, so I got together with my ex-coworkers and recreated the weight loss plans, tips, secrets, guides, diaries, etc. for those do-it-your-selfers in PDF form so people can download them.
The plans are from 2009 but they still work well. They use your own groceries and are designed to change at every milestone so you never plateau. You can find them on eBay or Etsy.

If any real estate agents choose not to renew their NAR / Board memberships, they should know that they can join a non-NAR brokerage as either an active agent or to park their license. It saves on annual fees and has other benefits too.

I have seen videos of many Airbnbs and hotels where tiny spy cameras were detected. Recently a Bradenton FL wife found videos on her husband's phone of naked people in bathrooms showering including a 15 year old girl.
She turned her husband in to the police. There were over 100 videos on his phone.
Or if your boss is watching you. When I worked for a certain mortgage company, the office manager used to leave the office and just watch and listen to the staff talking about him while sitting in his car in a parking garage.

If you travel a lot it might be smart to get a spy cam detector and keep it in your travel bag. I got this one on Amazon and it seems to work well--->

Tiny pinhole cameras are as low as $10. now so the person leaving them in hotel rooms doesn't care about losing small money when they are eventually found and removed.... but how much footage will they get of people for their $10 and are they using the footage on amateur p**n web sites? People could be p**n stars without even knowing it!
