We’re all about setting records here at Mountain Productions, so we were thrilled to be involved with helping State Street Global Advisors set a Guinness World Record on Tuesday, October 29th. Billed as a celebration of State Street’s commitment to investors, the company successfully achieved a Guinness World Record for getting the most people to ring a bell in one hour at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square.

Our crew were on hand in the lead-up to the event where they built a 40’ wide x 20’ deep truss grid to support a video wall, sound and lights. Additionally, they built the 30’ tall scaffold bell ringing tower which included a custom rigging solution to hold the bell and rope/pulley in place.

Congrats to State Street and all involved with setting this new record!

This year, for our return to Miami’s III Points Music Festival from October 18th – 19th, our crew provided our newest staging system, the MTN QB-7. Taking over Mana Wynwood for its 11th edition, the music festival not only featured international acts, but also a host of Miami’s talented local artists. Boasting 11 stages across 4 city blocks, this year’s headliners included DJ Shadow, Disclosure and Jungle among others providing festivalgoers with a diverse mix of genres including hip-hop, electronica, rock, house and techno.

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show returned to New York City on October 15th marking its highly anticipated return with an all-female lineup for performers.

Our 288’ x 88’ x 18’ flat deck provided the fashion show’s iconic runway that featured models including Gigi Hadid, Paloma Elsesser, Imaan Hammam as well as Tyra Banks who returned to the runway after almost 20 years!

Lost Lands Music Festival 2024 was another busy year for our crew, providing eight of the festival’s stages which saw over 200 artists perform throughout the 3-day music festival. Legend Valley really gave us the opportunity to put together some of our most mammoth structures of the year. Notably, the Prehistoric Stage which was made up of a 300’ wide x 61’ tall Scaffold Wall (includes MTN HD+ truss) along with Stage 2 which was a 300’ wide array of scaffolding walls.

Amongst the dinosaurs and bass beats, The Forest was also packed with a vast array of MTN stages. From our largest MTN HD+ stage to our smaller mobile stages, all were on display throughout the weekend and featured performances from a lineup that included Masterhand, DJ Snake and Nero.

More shots of our ‘Devils Deck’ installation that is currently spanning over 300 feet across the north end of Duke University’s Wallace Wade Stadium. Built as 7x 2-level areas, the installation covers a total of 17,800 square feet and can accommodate just over 1,500 fans!

The Heliograph - our most unique build from Phish: Mondegreen Festival!

The spire of the structure was made from a 70’ version of the MTN HD+ Column (the same column that was used on the main stage at the festival). Surrounding the spire was a 63’x63’ octagonal deck that had an upper level for the DJ measuring 21’x21’ while the outer perimeter of the whole deck was also surrounded by 4 of our SMT Audio Delay Towers.

Taking a total of two months from inception to final product, seeing this project come to fruition was one of the biggest highlights of the weekend for our crew!

All the elements came to play at Long Pod, PA 🌎🔥

For the return of Elements Music & Arts Festival on August 9th – 11th, the MTN crew provided both the Earth and Fire Stages which featured earth-shattering performances from Subtronics, Kaskade and SLANDER. Throughout the 3-day festival, the Pocono Woodlands were filled with music, art and adventure for the festival’s highly anticipated 7th edition.

The Earth Stage consisted of our 40’ x 40’ roof, 21’ x 112’ rear crossover and 2 x 35’ SMT delay towers while the Fire Stage consisted of a 164’ x 51’ x 41’ tiered scaff structure, a 20’ x 21’ covered DJ riser and 2 x 35’ SMT delay towers.

Deep in The Woodlands of Dover, DE, Phish: Mondegreen Festival took over Dover Motor Speedway from August 15th – 18th. The 4-day festival headlined by Phish marked the band’s first self-produced festival in nine years. Our MTN crew played an important role in the festival’s set up, providing not only our MTN HD+ main stage system, but also FOH, Projector Platforms, Supracam Towers and multiple Delay Towers dotted around the festival grounds. Veld Music Festival, Canada’s largest annual electronic dance music festival returned to Downsview Park in Toronto at the beginning of the month. Copa America

We had the honor of providing one of our MTN stages for the 48th edition of the CONMEBOL Copa América Final at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami on July 14th. Our 24’x20’ stage which featured two 4’x8’ wings, was used as a broadcast platform for Univision whose coverage drew in their largest viewing audience in a decade. As the oldest national teams’ tournament in the world, the Copa América is not only a tournament, but a public display of talent of the continent’s finest footballers.
