Sarah and Jon’s relationship has always involved our nation’s beautiful national parks and being outdoors in nature. On their first date, they even hiked 16 miles together! During their dating years, they continued to explore the many different experiences and adventures across the country. It was fitting that when it was time to say I do, it should happen in Joshua Tree National Park.
In a small intimate desert ceremony with their family and bridal party, they promised to always support each other, and continue to grow with each other. Because their life together, is their greatest adventure.
After their ceremony, they held a reception with dancing and food at the horse ranch Sarah grew up taking lessons at.

"May Future Generations be Inspired by Our Love" ~ Upland Hills Country Club Wedding Videography
We were made for love. We were made to experience love and relationships in many forms. Love of family holding you close, love of friends sharing joy and fun with you, and for some, the love of a spouse to hold fast to and whom with experience the journey together as one.
Bill and Mary had already experienced all these forms of love. They both had enjoyed a long and happy marriage with their first spouses and were faithful to them all the way to the end of their lives. They thought that was the end of the chapter God had written for their love stories and were peacefully living their lives. Until God stepped in and said this story isn't done yet.
Because of the many changes in the schedule during the events of 2020, Mary and a friend of hers weren't able to go to their usual Thursday night bowling, so they instead went to a local pub to see country singer Kim Martin.
Bill was also there to see one of his favorite performing artists and friend, Kim Martin.
They met. They connected .And soon Mary told Bill he needed to ask her on a proper date.
Fast forward to this year and Bill and Mary were making plans to celebrate their newfound love with the most awesome wedding party they could plan. A wedding filled with their large families, many friends, and also featuring a musical performance set by, who else, but Kim Martin!
It was such a pleasure for me to be able to document this story on video alongside my own mom, Trish Evans Photo for photography. This couple's story touched me personally and it was an honor to tell this story.

After the faith filled ceremony, we traveled to Yucaipa Valley Golf Course for an evening filled with fun, family, friends, and some awesome dance moves.

As soon as the bride took a seat by the window to pray, I immediately knew what the final film would look like. 😲🎥 ✨
Susana and Chris were married in an intimate elopement ceremony with their children and parents as witnesses at their Southern California home. Romantic Wedding Portraits taken in Downtown Upland.
As a Christian couple, it was very important to Chris and Suzie to be able to share part of the wedding ceremony sermon in their video. As we were discussing the details of the day and how to approach their film, I knew that I wanted to also show not just the doctrinal aspects of their faith, but also their relationship with Jesus and how much God was part of their commitment and relationship with each other.
Chris and Suzie decided the best way to share the personal aspects of themselves and their faith was to have separate, private prayers recorded before the ceremony.
And it was so beautiful! 😭 And the groom wasn’t the only one crying.
For this film, I also decided to take a more dramatic and classical approach to the editing as soon as Suzie took her seat by the window to pray. The mix of the light shining into the darkly lit room, plus her elegantly tailored dress and details set the entire mood for the final film, and I am super happy with how the story unfolded.
Chris and Suzie, thank you for trusting me with your wedding videography, and being able to be part of such a beautiful experience. Enjoy the film!

“Marriages are Worth Celebrating” ~ One Year Wedding Celebration Video, Yucaipa CA
Why do we throw big parties when a couple decides to join their lives together? Well for some, it’s because they believe that marriages are more than worthy of celebration. For Aaron and Tarin, they not only wanted to celebrate their union, but also their faith in Jesus, who is the ultimate model of the love, faithfulness, forgiveness, and patience that they will follow in their marriage.
The celebration was so important for them that even when they exchanged their vows in a private ceremony the year before, they knew that they would eventually invite their friends and family back to a big wedding party.
As they approached the time of the celebration, they made the private family home property look like a stunning wedding venue. Aaron himself built long tables for the reception and even put in a brand new swing-set for all the kids that would be attending.
For the video, I knew it was important to focus on not just the love, affection and commitment the bride and groom have for each other, but also their joy at having multitude of people to celebrate with them.

A special part of finding your spouse isn’t just being with someone you adore, it’s finding someone who can see the real you. The person you can be open with, close with, and share all of your hopes and dreams with.
Ian and McKenna found that special quality in each other, and while it took a couple rounds of dating to make sure it would really work, they committed their lives to each other before God and their families on a gorgeous spring day with a ceremony at Sweet Pea Ranch in Upland, CA.
On the videography side, we knew we wanted to capture their heartfelt feelings for each other, and showcase that in their film. Both McKenna and Ian beautifully expressed their relationship in their wedding vows and interviews and we knew we wanted to highlight those as much as we could. Their parents also had wonderful toasts as well.
