... working on some holiday cookies.... these are our Cowboy Cookies.... inspired by my Dad... he loves these cookies, but can no longer find them on Moloka'i... so, we created our own version of the Cowboy Cookies using Oats, Chocolate Chips, Coconut & Mac Nuts... a truly hearty cookie that will give you all the feels of the great outdoors!...
