I haven’t posted since August 30th🫢 You know it’s bad when your mom texts you and tells you that you need to post. 😂

How do you say life has been busy and you’re having trouble keeping up without sounding ungrateful? Because that’s how I feel.

If you don’t know, in October I gave birth to the sweetest angel, my Lakelynn. (You’ll see more of her on stories) Between learning to be a mom, trying to run a business, and still just life I would say I’m doing pretty good.

Since it’s a whole new year, hello 2024 I know I’m late to the party 👏🏼 I won’t dwell on all the struggles of motherhood, or what could have been better overall. Instead I choose to remember that 2023 brought me Lakelynn and that’s all that matters.

Now what I will not be leaving in 2023 is all the amazing content I created. You’ll probably be seeing that until 2025 because you would 💩 your pants if you saw how much I did this year that I have not shared. I shot my first out of state wedding. My first destination wedding AND my first over seas wedding all in one year.

While I have so much to share & a lot on the books, I will be taking things slower. I’m fortunate enough to spend every day with Lakelynn and I don’t want to take that for granted.

The next week will be dedicated to wrapping up all of 2023 editing, answering all emails & inquiries, and preparing for a great year. Thank you for giving me grace when I needed it. Goodbye 2023, it truly was my best year yet.

Since starting to grow a tiny human of my own, I’ve found myself falling in love with capturing baby bumps.

The process itself is so so hard to go through. Your body is changing in ways you don’t necessarily want it to & as beautiful as it is, there’s a part of it that makes you feel undesirable. Getting to capture these final and uncomfortable stages & showing women how amazing and perfect they truly are will always be a blessing. You truly don’t understand until you just do.
