I’ve done almost 20 Charcuterie 101 presentations at local libraries and community centers this year and it has been such a joy! Today I got to present at the Portage Zhang Senior Center and had such an engaged group of ladies!
I am always honest in sharing that everything I know, I learned from google, YouTube, and by eating pounds and pound of cheese!
How great is it that there are no qualifications required to be creative!? Sometimes what makes you qualified is to just start Doing Something you enjoy, and then, do it over and over again and continuously share all of your trials & lessons with others. ❤️
