WWW recently hosted their 2024 Winter Gala and gave away so many checks to worthy nonprofits in the Flathead. 💰

Well, that was a good time! 📻🎉

We had a rockin’ good time last weekend at the 2024 PinUp Pageant hosted by the Postpartum Resource Group. What a great cause! 🙌🏽

The joint was jumping with rockabilly tunes, pinup-perfect costumes, and lots of pretty ladies. It was a real gas seeing everyone having a blast and looking sharp. Thanks to all you cool cats and hot mamas who came out and made it a night to remember!

We are not to say how you plan and design your big day, but here are some wedding trends we’ve spotted over the last year. Agree? Disagree? Let us know in the comments.

▫️Bouquet & Garter toss. This are both becoming increasingly less popular and many couples say it makes them or their family uncomfortable. The injuries, falls, awkward single-folk. Pass.

▫️Huge Wedding Parties. Invite your inner circle, yes! But do you really need an entourage to back you up? Many couples are doing away with the bridal party. Don’t we all have enough expenses? Please don’t make your friends pay for a dress or suit they may not wear again. But hells, yes! I want to celebrate your love, help you plan your day and do something special for you since we are best buds. Just ask!

▫️Marriage Ceremony + Reception. I've had quite a few events recently where the couple is married privately in an elopement style ceremony to have a reception at a later date. Covid made this more popular and we’re ok with this long-haul effect.

▫️Veils. Tough one. I love a good veil. But a bad one can be cumbersome and awkward! It seems more and more brides are ditching the veil completely and going simple. Like flower crowns. Baby’s breath. Or just a loose ‘do.

▫️Cake. Everyone has been saying this for a few years, but traditional wedding cake is meh. People just don't eat the cake. And def not a sheet cake from the local grocery store. Go crazy! We all love treats. Surprise us with your favorite dessert! Donuts. Cake pops. Ice cream cones. Caramel apples. Mmmm!
