THE PRE BOOK

1. First Contact…Message or phone call

2. Follow up…Phone interviews. This can be phone, FaceTime, zoom this is suggested so you can get a feel on who I am and if I am a good match for you.

BOOKING IRBD DISC JOCKEY

1. Contract. retainer

2. IRBD can make periodic check in’s this will be up to the hiring party if and when needed.

3. IRBD will be in contact with you 90 days out then 30 days out from of your event date to confirm the details and music you've outlined in your online data sheet. I will run through names, announcements, schedule and timeline, and any other events you've planned.

4. This agenda will also have my arrival time and address of location at the top of the page then broken down into 4 main categories couples information, ceremony information, cocktail information, and reception information.

5. I will send you a copy of this agenda for you to look over and see if any corrections or changes need to be made. You can also share this with your other vendors.

6. Final payment is due up to 7 days prior to event.

7. Two weeks before your event. IRBD DiscJockey will be in contact with your venue for parking and setup information, and your wedding planner if applicable to introduce myself and share my agenda with them.

8. WEDDING WEEK you and IRBD may want another phone call for any last minute details.

YOUR EVENT

3 weeks after I will be sending out a short survey to help me know how IRBD did, along with a free little slide show of your event as a thank you for your support.

McDonald’s can get your order wrong 1,000 times and you still support it…..But when a local business makes a mistake once….you criticize it for life. Walmart can raise prices overnight and you still shop. A small business owner gives you their price, and you always want a discount or question the price.
