O’CTOBERFEST Supper Club fun! Thanks to Geek Freaks Brewing for providing the beer and pairing with our German menu! We started with a pretzel board with lots of goodies followed by beer brats, pork schnitzel with warm bacon vinaigrette, mini German burgers with caramelized onions and beer cheese on pretzel buns, German potato salad, spaetzle, red cabbage, lots of fun mustards and garnishes then finishing with German apple streusel, pecan pie bars and brownies. “Over the moon” were the words used to describe last nights harvest dinner at Benoit Greenhouses. I couldn’t have said it better myself. What a honor and pleasure it was to collaborate with Mandy and Luke. Gorgeous setting, perfect weather, awesome people and just a great, great, great time. The first of many more to come. So much fun. I can’t stop smiling. And get over there to get your fall decor. Their stuff is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!

I’ve been keeping a pretty big secret but can’t hold it in any longer! Those that know me know it’s always been my dream to have a place to host special events. For the last nine years our headquarters in Irwin has been home to our commissary kitchen and food truck. After eight months of renovation, I could not be more excited to share an extension of our HQ that serves as the perfect canvas to bring all your celebrations to life. I truly have a laundry list of people to thank for turning my vision into reality. We’ve put our whole hearts into this project and I’m thrilled to share it with all of you. Behind the scenes kicking it in high gear! Two crudités, one charcuterie, two fruit boards, 330 sandwiches, salads, desserts galore, too many props to count, load and go by 9:30am for our parties yesterday at Oak Brook Polo Club. It takes a village - so thankful for my great team!!
