Dear Brides,
We are a small bridal company that opened to offer brides in this area a way to afford a gorgeous wedding gown at a very reasonable price. We are not in the business to compete with any other larger bridal boutiques. Our vision is to help make your dreams come true in a small way.

We would like to make a special request to you all. If you book with us at Rustic Grace Bridal, please have respect for other brides to cancel your appointment if you are planning to be a "No Show" or if you need to reschedule please have the decency to call us and make these arrangements. It is unfair to other brides waiting for an appointment to open if you purposely don't show up for your appointment or if you don't reschedule and that appointment could have been offered to another bride on our waiting list.

We have had all kinds, to say the least, it is unfair to our company and the local brides when you don't have enough respect for either to show a little responsibility.

I'll give you one example without calling any names, we had one bride who showed up 30 minutes early for her appointment and then she lied to us about being our 2pm appointment and acted as if she was a walk-in and wanted to review our wedding gowns. In my opinion, this is wrong and disrespectful from every angle! If you don't want to keep your appointment or if you feel that our boutique doesn't meet your wedding dress criteria then please tell us that you want to cancel, don't disrespect us or other brides, and take our time or an appointment that another bride could have been able to use! Remember, our time is valuable and the other brides waiting in line are of more value in this ongoing wedding world!

Thank you for listening and please pass this along to other brides and families that may have an upcoming wedding. Remember, we are all in this together, and by no means are we hoping to be the next, "say yes to the dress" and opt to run with the big dogs, we're here for our local brides, and we are only trying to be a blessing to those that most need a break in the cost of a wedding gown!

Our brides are very special to us and we don't take it lightly when you book with us. We are very grateful for you choosing our boutique and we hope to offer you the absolute best experience and package pricing for a gorgeous designer wedding gown.
