Carissa and I have been talking about this baby shower for her best friend,Jessica, for months now. I tried a few different recipes and everything was a hit. Everyone was full and happy 😁😁. Congratulations Jessica, you looked stunning.

Repeat customer from last week decided to give a birthday surprise charcuterie board for someone very special to him. I added a few extra pieces of salted caramel chocolate with this one 😀.

When a friend asked if you could do something special for him and his wife I took a stab at making them the charcuterie board she was wanting. This is not exactly my fortay but I think I keep getting better at it. This is what I do at 5:30 am before work. I'm happy with it and I hope they are.

End of the year lunch for Carolina International School. I don't like setting the food up in wire racks . I always like to make it personal with not only good food but a nice presentation as well. I don't think the teachers cared about the presentation as much as I did 😂😂. They were licking their fingers and plates with their BBQ chicken. That's what makes me happy. Cooking with love and having others enjoy it. Thank Samantha Kennedy for requesting us to be a part of the teachers summer break.

Update:

I want you to look how happy my daddy is. One more day and he gets to go home. His kidney levels are starting to come down a little more. The doctors have finally structured his diet along with the steroids FINALLY some small improvement. Since they have him on a low sodium diet, reduced his fluid intake, along with a few other diet restrictions he's doing better. This has been such a journey for everyone. My mom is truly exhausted with everything she's doing at home and running to the hospital. Please give her some time to get herself together if she doesn't answer back quickly. My daddy isn't real happy with not getting to eat as much as he wants but he does want to stay home and feel better. I want to thank those that have reached out and volunteered to help. A tremendous thank you to my parent's neighbors for mowing the grass and feeding my mom every afternoon. I can't ever thank you enough for all you do. So grateful.

What an amazing venue. This was a not only a beautiful venue and wedding the staff was absolutely outstanding. I felt guilty today not being at the hospital with my daddy but my mom took care of him.

Quick trip to Kings Mountain for a wedding reception catering. We didn't think it was going to stop raining. But right before the wedding the rain stopped and the sun 🌞 was shining for a beautiful wedding.

We had the red carpet, Oscar winning, Cabarrus County Schools military ball tonight. I absolutely love doing this catering every year. The decor was a Hollywood theme. I think we nailed it.

Catering #2 yesterday. The Red Dress Gala for the Albemarle Rotary club. A huge thank you to my staff last night. They truly knocked it out of the park. I didn't arrive until it was time to serve dinner. Everything looked amazing 👏❤️.

Catering #1 yesterday. A gorgeous bride, beautiful venue, awesome food 😍, and the light smell of fresh lavender to top off a successful catering. This was my first time visiting this venue and it did not disappoint with the rustic decor.

It's a "Pawty" birthday party. I truly get so much enjoyment out of putting my spin on the themes of the caterings. "Pups in a blanket ", "pawsta salad", "fruit kibble" and so many more goodies for them to eat.
