Guess what??? We’ve got something brewing over here and it’s not just fresh chimichurri…. 😂

We are back at Dark Forest festival. And SO excited for the menu this year!

Fire Feast- Imagine an open wood fired grill experience. Fire entertainment and vibe. Menu includes kabobs, rice, our chimichurri, corn and fried apples.

Concessions- we are also back for some yummy concessions. Brisket is the vibe this year. Loaded spuds, Brisket Sandwiches, Mac + Cheese and bringing back the donut holes!

Ellermania 2024 was AWESOME! Our team fed over 2,000 people in 3 hours and had a blast!!

Thank you so much Rob, Donna, Ava, Taylor and the whole Ellerman team. What a cool opportunity you trusted us with.

An opportunity this big we had to share with as many local businesses as we could of course. 💜

This year’s theme was New Orleans style. It took months to develop the menu but I’m so happy with where we landed. 6 stations of fun food.

Charcuterie- finally got to meet my online fellow cheese friend Kayla with . When I reached out for the crazy request of 500 charcuterie cones I’m sure she thought I was insane. 😂 So glad to have met her and love that she was along for the fun ride.

Po Boys/ Red Beans + Rice- I drive by Mud Bugs everyday. After we found out the theme I thought they would be perfect to partner with for this event. Turns out the husband wife team are amazing- AND boy can they cook. They also probably thought I was insane to ask for 500+ Po boys but they made everything so easy for our team to serve.

And to our Butter team- thank you for showing up and showing out. Robert, Mom and I are so grateful for each and every one of you. 💟💟

Happy anniversary to Vanessa + her husband.

We’ve been working on this menu for their party for a long time. It was so rewarding seeing it all come to life this afternoon.

Love it when you spend all this time chatting with a client and then finally get to meet them in real life. 💜
