Let’s talk about your wedding day timeline 👰🏻‍♀️

One of the main reasons we require our couples to have a professional Day of Coordinator is to help guide them on their wedding day schedules. Most Coordinators will meet with you a month or so before your wedding to finalize the details, and put together your timeline for the day.

Here are a couple things you might consider…

✨ The day is about you and your partner. There is nothing “abnormal” when it comes to creating your ideal schedule. It should be what you want! Need a moment to breath and be completely alone? Build it in, girl!
✨ Add in some time after everything is decorated to take a look around. Some couples choose to capture these reactions on camera, and others just like it to be private. Either way, we guarantee that you’ll want to see the space you’ve always dreamed of before the party starts!
✨ Some couples love getting alone time in during their day to recharge or just soak in a moment. Maybe this is a private vow reading, or a last dance, or eating dinner together before your reception. You are spending the day with so many other people, and it’s totally fine to want a few special moments together in between!

And remember, when it comes to building your “perfect” timeline, things don’t always go so perfectly. Hiccups happen, and having a little bit of flexibility in your schedule is okay! Your Coordinator and our venue team will do everything we can to keep things moving and make sure you’re smiling through every moment!
