What is a farm to street mobile gastropub?

The phrase “farm to fork”, “farm to table”, means the ingredients are coming directly from the farmer to the restaurant, not from a store or wholesale distributor.

Gastropub is “food Forward '', meaning that it's all about the food. Time for chefs to create dishes that are both interesting and comfortable.

What we are doing is offering the best of the best worlds in a mobile environment to showcase local farmers and seasonal products\menus.

Mission Statement-Enjoyment of local food with members of the community to create a more just and sustainable food system. Simple foods derived from quality ingredients.

Vision- We are feeding ourselves, our families, and our community with easily accessible and nourishing food from our garden,farmers, and ranchers.

Values- Slow food is part of a global movement that believes everyone has the right to good, clean and fair food.

Pleasure of food- the pleasure of sharing food prepared with care from people passionate about cooking.

Education- Educating people about the cultivation, preparation and appreciation of food empowers democratic change in the food system.

Collaboration-Collaboration among diverse groups of informed producers and consumers creates a resilient, healthy local food community.

Community Involvement-We value the passion and creativity of our members and supporters and encourage participation at all levels of our kitchen.
