We are setup and ready at the Celebration Centre & Bar K Bar Arena in Lyons, KS.

Just three types of our quickbreads going to the Christmas Market event Sat (Dec 14) in Lyons, KS at the Celebration Centre. The unlabeled breads are apple spice.

So we are taking a variety of candied nuts, cookies, quickbreads, and a variety of fudges. All of these are available to order now or you can place orders for your holiday celebrations.

We have changed our name to Flavor First Catering, formed an LLC and in the first part of 2025 we will actually have access to a commissary!!

With these changes we are in the process of creating a web page for the business (under construction now). I wanted to use the reviews from Facebook on the webpage but for some reason most of them are no longer showing up on our page.

If you have used our catering or enjoyed our food any and all reviews would be appreciated. Please let us know if we can use it on our new webpage.

We had a wonderful time serving a sweet family Thanksgiving celebration today!

On the menu:

Stuffed pork loin
Gourmet gouda mac & cheese
Garlic and rosemary roasted potatoes
Steamed seasoned broccoli
Honey ginger carrots
Spring mix salad with blueberries, roasted pecans, orange slices, and a citrus basil vinaigrette

For dessert:

Chocolate pistachio cookies

Brownie with crunchy fudge parfait
Lemon posset with lavender sugared blackberries

Smoked Chicken Salad: 16oz cup (approximately 1 lb) plus 8 slider buns for $15
4 Bean Salad: $5/16oz cup
Caprese Pasta Salad: $5/16oz cup

This Saturday (Sept. 14), we will be in Perry, KS for the annual Perry Pride Festival. We are going to offer smoked salmon salad sliders, smoked chicken salad sliders, 4 bean salad, caprese pasta salad, various fudges and quickbreads.
