Thank you so much to everyone that came out to see us in Geneseo on Saturday! We had so much fun serving you all at UFO day! We had several people inquire about ordering bierocks!
Good news, you can! 😁 You can freeze them, and they reheat beautifully!
You can order bierocks in bulk starting at $45 a dozen! We offer many choices from traditional bierocks to buffalo chicken, chicken bacon ranch, reuben, taco, and more! We definitely recommend grabbing some breakfast bierocks; sausage gravy or sausage egg and cheese! Send us a message for details! 😁

Come join us in Dimension G (Geneseo, KS) for the annual Saucers and Aliens Kansas UFO Day on July 6th. Our day will begin about 9 AM with breakfast bierocks (2 types) and cinnamon and orange rolls. Later in the day we will have 2 types of bierocks, hammies, Flying Saucers (soft pretzels), and of course large alien head lollipops.

We will be located in front of the American Legion, so come join us for Bierocks and grab a beer from the American Legion beer garden.

This is directed mostly to my friends and family from "back home" that live in the KC area"...If you're familiar with Czech Fest in Wilson, you should check out Sugar Creek Slavic Festival . It's a similar vibe with all the Flavor. And if you really understand what I mean when I say "it all starts with Grandma Kratzer's roll dough recipe" you should definitely stop and have a bierock.

We're so excited to announce that we'll be serving our famous bierocks at this year's Sugar Creek Slavic Festival on June 10th! Come out and enjoy the celebration! 😁

Come Saturday evening to experience a special wedding celebration day food item. The bierock is a yeast dough pastry pocket sandwich with a savory filling - traditionally consisting of beef, onion and cabbage. They originated in Prussia and spread throughout Eastern Europe - in Russia known as pirozhki. Brought to the United States by immigrants in the 1800s. Give them a try!
