Standing strong at NINETEEN is a wild reality when 4 years ago this was all just a dream, and 2 years ago it was just Me, Myself, and I wearing all the hats. Just - WOW 😭
I always wanted this company to be bigger than myself, to give others opportunities to learn + grow + live out their dreams in this industry. I know I’m the voice you’re reading right now, but this truly isn’t about me - this company is about the amazing humans that have made my dream their own, trusted me to lead them, and have dove head first into serving our couples and community.
This team is filled with all kinds of kinds - we have teachers and hairstylists and high school students and corporate managers and healthcare workers and moms and WORLD CHANGERS!
This team includes a 58 year old woman - who in our initial interview together said, “You know, I’ve always wanted to be a wedding planner but as I got older I thought I had to let that dream go.” She didn’t give up and now she’s a REAL LIFE WEDDING PLANNER! 👏🏼
We have team members who have been through incredible loss this past year - death, divorce, lost jobs - and on their worst days they continue to pour love into our couple’s best days.
We have a team member finishing their master’s degree in social work over the last year, working several jobs to support themselves to pursue his dream of changing the lives of children.
We have a team member that has been through incredible health challenges this last year, battling every single day but none of you would know it because they always have a smile on their face.
If I didn’t have a character limit, I’d tell you about them all! This entire team is filled with the most hardworking, kind, passionate, eager to serve human beings.
