Lilies have our hearts, as they continue to be curated this week along with a restrained white and green palette for our Verdure, Ikebana, and Fleur du Jour arrangements.

This week’s bouquets bring interest through shape, texture, and scent. Deep green Italian Ruscus starts the bouquet off to a “verdant” start, accompanied by Queen Anne’s Lace and Bear Grass dancing around the blooms of Lilies, Campanula, Stock, and Roses. Over time these blooms will open, an intoxicating fragrance welcomed in the midst of winter.

Our shopkeepers have safety made their way back to the store after a very long, blustery storm and have warmed up the shop for all of us to return. Here is a peek into the first flowers of January, with
White Lilies marking the beginning of the new year. Their buds will blossom to remind us of Spring to come 🤍

Special Closure: January 1st-3rd 🤍

To give rest to a rewarding year of work, creativity and hospitality, our team will be observing a special closure between January 1st-3rd. Both stores are open 10-7 for New Years Eve today and we’ll be back, stores warm and full of life again for normal hours, Everyday 10-7, January 4th and beyond.

As we head towards the final day of 2024, I wanted to express sincere gratitude to each of you who collected and celebrated Verdant and Convivial this year.

Each years holds its unique peaks and valleys for all of us and we are honored to have been supported and celebrated through ours as well as given the opportunity to show up for yours, whatever the occasion may have been. Thank you the ways each of you chose to do life, creativity and gifting with us this year 🤍

Our team is working away to catch up with a stream of holiday orders and our team is back hosting and designing in stores.

A special note on Verdant: This year, Verdant specifically has grown so much with the expansion of our new Morningside location. With this, we are going to give our Verdant team a few extra days off, closing both stores on January 1-3. Both stores will be back open January 4th for regular 10-7 hours. Please stop in today or the 31st if you’re needing to collect for the days we’ll be away.

Holiday Flowers ✨

We are overjoyed to be a part of everyone’s holiday hosting and gifting this year. Here is a look at the bouquets our shopkeepers will be designing in stores for the holiday season ahead🌲

Toffee Roses continue to make an appearance as we lean into a coppery cream palette. Lenora Garden Roses and White Peonies were a special curation for the Holiday season.

Each bouquet is built with Spray Rose Caffe Latte, Magnolia Leaves, and lush evergreen foliage of Juniper, Boxwood, and Cedar.

Red Peppercorns and pinecone-esque Prairie Mimosa Pods dance above the flowers, a modern and natural touch.

All of our floral and gift offerings are available for walk-in customers at both our Morningside & Crossroads locations. Our stores are open Everyday 10-7 🤍
