We would like to highlight another charity partner that we work with at our events, our St. Patrick’s Day 5K partner Lucky 13 Rescue! Lucky 13 Rescue is an organization that is dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. They do not limit their efforts to a specific breed, but rather strive to assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Learn more about them at

We are proud to have Newhouse Shelter as the charity partner for the Monster Dash 5K. The mission of Newhouse is to break the cycle of domestic violence by providing the tools which allow women to make positive choices and lead self-sufficient lives. The organization provides shelter and therapy, children's services, community education, legal advocacy, and a 24-hour hotline.
