We are back and better! San Diego, you were a blast. ☀️🏖️

Our first-ever Platinum XP Staff Retreat was a huge success! The motto of the week was "Retreat Yo'self," and we did just that.

Our team got to rest, recharge, and connect outside of work. Our three-day retreat was a perfect mix of team-building and relaxation with team dinners, a group workout and a team-building scavenger hunt (both hosted by Fit City Adventures), pool days, and a beach day on Coronado Island.

We're coming back refreshed and ready for a year packed full of amazing events!

For the second consecutive year, our Platinum XP planning team contributed to the success of the iconic Big Slick event, which raised over $3.9 million for Children's Mercy Hospital!

As we all know in the events industry, it takes a village to pull off such a feat. Our team played a crucial role in the coordination of 50+ celebrities in attendance, ensuring they were always in the right place at the right time for both the VIP event and the big show. We also assisted in executing the overall run of show for the VIP event, which featured a live auction and a celebrity meet-and-greet.

We're honored to contribute to this incredible event benefiting Children's Mercy Hospital!

From an expo featuring over 50 exhibitors, along with networking receptions + celebrations, breakout learning sessions, and the overall production and branding of the conference, our team created an out-of-this-world experience. 🚀🌍

The bonus? Two of our clients coming together for a community give back project benefitting an incredible cause, Veterans Community Project of Kansas City. A full circle moment!

San Diego, you brought the energy! Producing the '24 EOS conference was a blast!

The moment attendees stepped into the space, they were greeted by our custom-fabricated giant EOS letters, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. The vibrant registration area buzzed with excitement, while the custom brand activation added that extra spark. Lounge pods equipped with charging stations kept everyone powered up.

And let's not forget about the main event: production of the conference's general session + an impressive 80 breakout sessions where ideas collided and innovation ignited!

With over 50,000 pounds of equipment, 14 crew members, & 4 event planners, we transformed three separate spaces into one Casino Royale-themed celebration for 1200 attendees. 🎲
