Established in Kansas City, MO in 2009. B.M.O.D is all about supporting signed/unsigned Underground Original Music!!! In 2009 B.M.O.D started off booking only DEATH, BLACK, DOOM & other cross-genres of Original BRUTAL METAL. In 2011 B.M.O.D opened it’s booking spectrum for all genres and cross-genres of Original Music. B.M.O.D’s owner/founder, Jesse Balmer’s booking approach is from a Musician/Artist point of view. Jesse is a musician and has been in the Kansas City Music Scene for 20 years performing with multiple original projects. His style of booking is a mix of original genres that produces a great crowd attendence which makes the venues he works with in good standings. He’s performed and booked with multiple Kansas City music venues which makes finding dates less of a headache. B.M.O.D has always reached out to local, regional, national, and from time to time international bands/artists. Building a solid connection with many bands from all over the midwestern area amoung many other areas in the US. B.M.O.D wants every band/artist that’s booked by them to be Feed, given Drinks, and Paid either on a door split, door deal, or guarantee paid out depending on the arrangements made with a band or band’s management company. Helping bands gain exposure in new markets/Cities, making sure that bands can make it to their next gig, & networking to build as solid relationship with every band booked is what it’s all about for B.M.O.D!!!
