We recently did a plated event for a friend of ours and it turned out so well! Pictured is our take on a caprese salad with homemade garlicky pesto and heirloom tomatoes 🤤

With the acquiring of our own brick and mortar on our 2025 vision board, we love getting the opportunity to do things a little different than the usual.

But that doesn't take away from the love of our mobile truck and look forward to booking with you all for the 2025 season!!

🥑Avocado Toast: Sourdough, Crushed Avocado, White Cheddar, Fontina, Roasted Grape Tomatoes
🧀Spinach Artichoke: Roasted Tomato Compote, Spinach, Artichoke & Fresh Mozzarella
🍓Strawberry Cheesecake: Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast, Macerated Strawberry, Graham Cracker Crumble, Whipped Cream, Powdered Sugar.
You can order the flight of 5 half sandwiches for $22 OR you can pick one full size sandwich off the special grilled cheese menu with a side of fries for $12.50 or $10.50 for the dessert sandwich with no side!
