Kansas City! Join Denise & Cesar for a Year’s End Cacao + Breathwork Circle this Saturday, Dec 28th.

We will gather together in circle and sit with cacao reflecting on 2024 to bring this year to a close. Then we will go into a gentle breathwork.

All of it will be guided with live medicine songs, mediation and a sincere and joyful spirit.

This is such a great time to take inventory of where we’ve been and digest our experiences.

Join Denise & Cesar for a Winter Solstice SoundBath on 12/19 🤍

Denise & Cesar are visiting us all the way from the Sacred Valley, Peru. They have been living in Peru for almost 20 years being steeped in the ancient wisdom of the Q’ero Nation (descendants of the Incas) and following Amazonian lineages of Sacred Plant Medicine.

Their sound bath is imprinted with all the wisdom and knowledge they have experienced living in such a rich environment, learning from teachers of all walks of life and lineage. This husband & wife team brings over 30 years combined experience in the transformational, healing world.

Denise & Cesar will guide the session with live medicine music and verbal prompts to help you navigate your inner landscape. You will be guided into a healing release in a safe, supportive and grounded container.

You will leave feeling lighter, softer and more connected to your intuition.

Kit Landwehr is an artist, painter, and muralist living and working in Kansas City, Missouri. She attended the Kansas City Art Institute and received her BFA in painting and art history in 2015.

Her colorful work draws inspiration from her experiences and dreams of exploring, climbing, and biking public lands of the US. Through digital and physical methods of drawing, painting, and collage, she creates windows into natural worlds. She often frames these subjects with symmetrical structures, human crafted objects, foliage, or pattern. Her work seeks to balance organic and geometric elements in a playful way.

Her murals can be seen across the Kansas City metro area at , Sequence Climb, The Nelle, and Strawberry Swing Artist Studios.

This marks the third sound bath Sunfire has hosted at 2016, and we’re loving the sense of community these events continue to build! Light snacks and drinks will be served after the session.
