From walk-throughs to “I do’s”, the team at the Oliver is here to help you turn your wedding dream into a reality. ✨
When you book your wedding with us, we kick things off with a six-month walk-through. This gives you a great chance to start some initial planning and get a general idea of how much space you have to work with for your big day and our venue coordinator is on hand to answer any questions you may have over the coming months.
Then we’ll see you again for your two-week walk-through. This is a great time for you to bring your wedding coordinator, and where we’ll finalize table layouts, floor plans, and any other details that need to be discussed.
Once your wedding weekend arrives, your party will have access to our venue from Friday to Sunday, allowing you plenty of time to decorate and have a rehearsal/rehearsal dinner on Friday and not have to worry about cleanup until Sunday.
Our historic event venue is located in Kansas City’s West Bottoms and features three stories of incredible architecture (including bride, groom, and family suites), secured parking for you and your guests, and the best wedding venue staff in Kansas City (though we might be a little biased ☺️).
