c Event Space is a product of two years of extensive restoration in which no cost was spared to preserve the history and authenticity of the landmark site. The result is a seamless combination of historic architecture with modern convenience and enduring elegance. The priceless history of the Rumely Tractor Historic Event Space with its original tin ceiling, wood floor, exposed columns and antique fixtures is joined seamlessly together with all the amenities one would want in a modern venue. The Rumely Tractor Historic Event Space truly evokes a feeling of timelessness gained from it’s rich history and reminiscent of the industrious boom of the past while maintaining the modern elegance demanded today. These unique qualities will enhance your event’s character and create lifelong memories for you and your guests. The Rumely Tractor Historic Event Space has approximately 6,500 sq ft of interior space. Enough for a seated dinner for 350+ of your guests but is warm and welcoming for more intimate parties as well. It features a secluded bridal chamber and groom suite both with private bathrooms. The massive freight elevator is complete with chandeliers and feels more like a time machine than a way of ascending to the space. You and your guests will be transported back to a time when opulence and style were a way of life.
