100 Events.
That was the goal for this year. It was insane, and I’ll probably never set that goal again—but it taught me so much, and every one of those 100 events left its mark.
Number one: My team are rockstars. I couldn’t have done this without them. They work their asses off, show up for me and our clients, and pour everything into this company. I’m beyond thankful for them.
Number two: 100 events is a lot. We executed every single one flawlessly, but it came with sacrifices. That’s why we’re growing our team—to keep delivering the quality our clients deserve while ensuring our team has the balance they deserve.
Number three: This year opened doors we never imagined. Alongside incredible weddings, we tackled fashion shows, festivals, and conferences that pushed us to dream even bigger.
Number four: More weddings doesn’t always mean more money. When I set this goal, I thought it would lead to our most financially successful year. The truth? Labor costs were intense. To execute at the level we’re known for, we need an incredible team, and paying them a livable wage above minimum was non-negotiable. While we didn’t end up with record profits, what we gained in experience and growth was beyond worth it.
Number five: I’ve always joked about wanting to run away and join the circus—and honestly, some days it feels like I did. Between running this business, being a wife, a friend, a boss, and all the other titles I carry, I’m constantly juggling. But this year showed me just how resilient I am. Even when it feels like I’m juggling a hundred flaming torches, I’ve learned that I can handle it. The chaos might look wild, but it’s mine, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
In the end, I wouldn’t change a thing. 100 events may not be a goal I set again, but achieving it showed me that no dream is too big.
I hope this inspires you to chase your wildest goals—even when it’s hard. Happy New Year. See you in 2025
