Catering for Katy Mills Mall 25th anniversary. We fed city council, Texas state senators, and people getting in their morning walks. We are so blessed to be able to serve the people of Katy. The Lord continues to show us his grace with every event.

We are excited to announce that we were invited to be one of 35 vendors for Katy Sip N Stroll on November 2nd .... AND.... after receiving our sample menu item, they asked us to be one of the two VIP vendors! We will be setting up an amazing display for both general admission and VIP! General admission will get the chance to sample our Mini beef wellington (golden puff pastry encasing tender beef, duxelles, and prosciutto)! VIP will have the chance to sample Black truffle pomme puree served with golden puff pastry encasing tender beef, duxelles, and prosciutto with a demi glaze shot (pictured)!
