Dip with nail tips by Jenelle. Dip powder is a powder application that uses a base and activator appose to monomer. Here at NLC we do not dip client nails in the same jar. We use a separate jar or the pour over method and discard excess powder. This is a healthier option for natural nail lovers and those wanting to try something different, but still want great retention.
