TBH- It's always a little sad seeing a ceiling come down after an event. Most ceilings take around 8 to 12 HOURS of multiple crew members working non stop to erect!
Sound terrible? It is, but that's why we do it for you! You and your family have bigger things to worry about the day before your wedding!

Real life behind this ceiling: plan A did not go as planned & after 11 hours of work, we popped the lift tire and had to call it a night.
Our second "lift" was delivered and it was actually a boom lift (AKA massive with lots of hot exhaust).
While the second lift was being brought into the building an overhead door got opened creating a heavy wind tunnel and snapping our ceiling wire (rated for 150lbs) we just spent hours putting up 😭.
Then, the boom lifts exhaust caught our drapery ON FIRE! Luckily, it was momentarily because our crew was watching it like a hawk! But we parked that bad boy.
So on to plan C... renting another smaller lift. Shortly after the 3rd lift was delivered, the lift completely died.
The company brought us out our 4th and final lift. But you guessed it, yet another problem- this lift couldn't reach the top of the ceiling.
A ladder, a lift, a patient & trusting bride- we got it done and probably one of our favorite end results!

No. That's why we are here. We are pros, but even so, even we can have perfect plan A's all of the time. Things happen in & out of our control, but we always promise a beautiful end result and we around the clock to achieve it.
It is rare we have something this crazy happen but- it happens, and we are here for it!

Why does your wedding NEED a Day of Coordinator??
Who's going to:
-Pick up, transport, and set up breakfast?
-Who's going to load up the drink cooler and reload it into the car when everyone is dressed?
-Who's going to go get shoes left at the hotel 20 minutes away?
-Who is going to pick up and deliver Lunch to both the boys and girls?
-Who's going to clean up the getting ready areas after the ceremony starts? And when everyone is rushing out to get to the reception?
-Who's responsible for all the "important" detail items throughout the day (garter, jewelry boxes, purses, marriage license?)
-Who is going to pick up the flowers, cake, and snacks then load them into the venue coolers in the morning?
-Who's going to keep everyone gathered during photos?
-Who's going to line everyone in order up & que them to walk?
-Who is going to ensure the church decor is taken from the church to the reception and get put in the proper place?
-Who is going to call the party bus to ensure they are on their way?
-Who is going to ensure all vendors are on time and in place the day of (most vendors arrive at the reception hall around 4pm, during the wedding)
-Who is going to step in when our beloved mother and beloved mother-in-law are not seeing eye to eye?
-Who is going to ensure dad is not in the bathroom when its time for the dances?
-Who is going to ensure the host couples are actually doing their jobs?
-Who puts out all the fires that arise and creates a plan B without a single soul knowing?
-Who takes the stress out of the day??
WHO DOES ALL THIS?? - WE DO!!
Often times, these responsibilities get put back on the Mother of the Bride. If she is doing all this running around, SHE MISSES OUT. She misses the happy tears when you see your grandma, she misses the look on your face when you see your makeup for the first time, she is STRESSED the whole morning. She doesn't get time to get herself ready, she doesnt get to enjoy those precious moments with you.
