This year has had ups, downs, humbling moments, Exciting moments, Sad times and good times and everything between! Without my amazing and supportive Family, Clients, and Friends... I am not sure how I'd do all the things! I am very human and this years growth reminded me of that. Small biz... is definitely anything but SMALL but the stress, the sacrifices, the sweat, smiles, tears are all worth it and i'm thankful for all.

Thankful for Kearney being such an amazing community... cheers to the upcoming 2025 goal as always is to make it the best year yet!

When to message about booking your photographer or other vendors needed for your event or session?!

ASAP is always best! but here are some helpful tips on when to book your moments!

Weddings- 6m-2yrs in advance
Family Sessions - a season in advance (when possible)
Seniors - 6m - 1 school year in advance
Milestones - asap
Bo***ir - 1-2m in advance
Newborn - When the line appears! ;-)
Events - once the day/venue is booked

Ever sit down to work and your mind is all over the place and you just can’t focus?! 🤚 me too… like tonight at 1130pm when most are in bed but those of us small business mamas find that burning a lil midnight oil helps us keep up with the hustle and grind!— of not only at work but at home too… contrary to popular belief…. Hate to break it to ya folks but there is not a laundry or dishes fairy 🤣🤣🤣…..tonight I’m questioning myself like allll small business do around this time of year (simply because due to the weather this season is my “down time” and it drives me nuts to think of being anything close to idle…. ) My fees 🤔 … my services… what else can I do? 🤔 Should I be doing something different should I change things around or keep things as is…. Did I drink enough water today…. Why did I just waist that 30 mins on fb reels…. Is tomorrow Monday…. Will my kids be in a good mood when I get them up in the morning …. Gosh it’s late but a snack would be nice …. You know just the important things that randomly race threw my skull 😳 but tonight I am thinking of “cheap services from small business owners” …….I was recently tagged in a post requesting “cheap photos”
I truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture to tag me in a post of someone wanting to have professional photos taken—- but….
My years of service and growth to the comunity I am in, my certifications, my insurance as a professional, my equipment, my studio, my time & creative mind process are why my fees are exactly what they are. I do my best to stay within a competitive range, I do not “hide” fees from clients & my clients become my family!! I am so sorry that my services cannot be cheap and that my edits might take a bit longer than some but I can say…. When you hire me you get me! Not a sub contractor or someone you meet week of your wedding or event… you get me! I’m there for you in your planning process, if you need help with outfits or planning, I’m a phone call, text or email away if your stressed I am there for you every step of the way.
I edit my own photos and do not outsource to companies from other states or countries who are strangers to you (plus who knows what they may do with your personal photos 😳)…. When you hire me you get me from start to finish. You’re not only hiring a friend who will be there for your life’s moments camera in hand … who is there for you as a friend after the session & will support your life adventures and business endeavors rooting for you from the sidelines …. You get me whole heartedly …

So no… I’m not the cheapest …. but I promise you when you hire me you get me 💯 and I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT MY CAREER AND EVERY SOUL IVE ENCOUNTERED ALONG THE WAY!

Today is the day!!!

CHRISTMAS MINIS!
Please arrive on time or early! 5-10 mins early would be awesome so we can keep the line moving (and if the session before you finishes early… you can hop right on in! 😉) 🙂

Things to think about!

- what setting you would like to use out of the 3
- please come dressed and ready to shoot!
- our time together is short so please consider using the restroom before arriving 😉
- clean shoes or socks …. You’re welcome to wear shoes on the sets but please bring them and slip them on just before your shoot to help keep the studio clean!

Once all sesssions are photographed I’ll be working as Santa’s elf to get them turned around to you ASAP! I’ll message once sessions start going out the door!
