Just a quick PSA, folks!

When buying tickets online, make sure you’re on the venue’s website. More and more, we’re seeing our tickets end up on third-party websites at an astronomical upcharge!

How can you be sure your tickets are valid?

1. Make sure you’re on the venue’s website (ours is thecolonial.org).
2. Know your seats! If the website you’re on gives you a seat in a range (instead of specific seat numbers), you’re probably not in the right place.
3. Did your ticket fees suddenly go up? Most small venues have modest service fees (ours are only $5.50).
4. When/how will you get the tickets? Venues will give you the option to email your tickets immediately, hold them at ‘will call’, or mail them if there’s enough time. If the website you are on says it will email you the tickets later… you’re probably on a 3rd party site.
5. Check your email confirmation: it should be from the venue, with the venue’s logo and contact information.

If you think you may have purchased from a third party, please call our Box Office so we can investigate —we’re open Tuesday through Friday, 12 PM to 5 PM, and two hours before live events. 603-352-2033

We've got MORE summer movies! "Footloose" leaps onto the BIG SCREEN on 7/26, followed by two more Friday Night Classics: "The Godfather" (8/9,) and "The Muppet Movie" (8/23). PLUS film series returning to SHOWROOM, with "Thelma" (8/16-18) and "Kinds of Kindness" (8/23-25)!
