✨Book your date for 2023 or 2024 for any available date for $7000 for a 12hr rental on Saturday and $6000 for Sundays and Fridays.

• Exclusive use of venue and grounds on your timeline (12hrs)
• Two Ceremony Site options built for 225 guests
- Outdoor Ceremony Arbor with an exquisite backdrop of our wooded property
- A 2000 square foot indoor Ceremony space built to seat 225 guests with crystal chandeliers, sunset views and an abundance of natural light, which can be used as an unbeatable
Plan B, Plan A or cocktail hour space.
• Two covered patios with fireplaces, an outdoor bathroom, a built in bar, and a waterfall feature.
• A 3500 square foot grand ballroom built to seat up to 300 guests with coffered ceilings, crystal chandeliers, accent stone pillars, and custom designed sliding iron doors perfect for any grand entrance.

Chandon Arbors Event Venue in Keller is NOW HIRING: Part Time - Venue Attendant / Assistant
Starting at $15.00 per hr

This job is great for anyone who loves hosting events, or looking to grow their experience in the hospitality industry. We are looking for a person who loves people and events, is looking for a part time job in a fast-pace environment, and can help work weekends with long hours. ALSO, is in excellent physical shape as this involves setup/breakdown which is very labor intensive.

Responsibilities include:

• day-of decorating

• setup and break down of tables and chairs

• organizing and light admin duties

• customer relations - assisting venue director with answering emails, attending planning meetings and working with vendors and clients.

• sales - providing a welcoming environment on tours and wedding day

• assists social media department with posts and can take pics and videos during events. Also can assist with marketing tasks.

• working with food and bar service. TABC certified or willing to get TABC certification

• work as a team player and serve guests when needed during events.

Hours: WEEKENDS, must be willing to work weekends. Person would work nearly every weekend. Typically 1-2 on-site shifts a week, plus answering emails at home throughout the week. Some shifts are 15 hours. Expectation varies depending on event schedule.

Requirements:

• Must thrive in a fast pace environment with the ability to think on their feet

• Must be able to lift +50 lbs and is physically good shape

• Must have excellent work ethic with the ability to work long hours

• Must be able to respond to emails and handle customer relations

• Must have attention to detail

• Must love people and taking care of others

• Prefers experience with sales and food / beverage service.
